Who is responsible

Pia is a project by Isasa Labs, the studio of Manuel Isasa, who is responsible for your data. For any question about it, write to us through the contact form at isasa.es.

What we store and why

Your account: email, name and, if you sign in with Google, your profile picture; if you use a password, we only store its encrypted hash (never the password itself). And what you create in Pia: projects, columns, cards and who you invite. We use them only to make Pia work. The legal basis is providing the service you ask for when you sign up.

Emails

We only write to you to verify your email, change your password or tell you about invitations. They are sent through our email provider.

Cookies

Only technical ones: the session cookie, to keep you signed in, and two preferences (light or dark theme and menu orientation). No ads, analytics or trackers, so we do not ask you to accept any.

Where and for how long

On a server in the European Union, for as long as you have an account. If you ask us to delete it, your projects are deleted too. Technical server logs (such as the IP address) are kept for a few weeks for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. If you think we are not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
